    Nice oversized home in the NE Heights located near all types of shopping, entertainment, eating establishments, and more. Very close to the BASE and Sandia, easy access. The electrical box was upgraded in 2014 from a 100a panel to a 200a panel to accomodate the new Refrigerated Air unit and for potential upgrades. Also, a brand new roof was just installed on both the home and garage by Maez Construction in February of 2016 with a 30-year warranty. The 3 car garage is oversized with 10' ceilings and 9' garage doors, and great for all your vehicles while providing plenty of room for workshops, tools, storage, and more. The garage is accessed by an electric gate and has electric garage door openers on all three garage doors. There is also a secured RV pad along with RV plug in. The garage features a 220v plug in for air compressor or welder as well. The garage will accomodate up to a full-size F-350 truck with short bed which I currently park in there. One Pet may be allowed, at sole discretion of the property manager, but will be subject to pet deposit $250 non-refundable and $50/mth pet rent.
