Replaced 95% of windows w/vinlyl dbl hung w/grids, energy efficient rated. Added 6' slider door to kitchen to access new deck. Replaced siding & insulation on w side of hse. 2017 gutted & replaced interior entrance & replaced 9 windows. 2018 added 2 AC units with air purifiers & humidifiers, added glass block windows & replaced the remaining 8 windows, gutted & replaced side entrance & bath in rental unit. Replaced siding, trim, soffits & fascia, gutters & added leaf guard. Also redid the chimney’s.
