Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting March 1 till Aug 31, then you can renew if you like. I am looking for something closer to my son's school. It's a 2 bd 1 bath CONDO. Sq Footage is around 935. On the third floor with beautiful treetop views. It's really beautifully done since it has a private owner. I especially love the huge fancy bathtub with subway tiles. Has a stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet. Kitchen has dishwasher and nice electric black glass top stove (better than old fashioned electric coil stoves). It's a really beautiful spot. The huge balcony has a small downtown view through the treetops. You can even see the Fairmont building blinking at night with the pretty downtown lights. It shares NO walls with neighbors! The condo is situated by the 2 pools. Gated community with free and abundant parking. This is a peaceful, well-kept condo complex with mostly private owners. Pets ok w additional deposit. Has a nice dog park also. It can come furnished for a fee. Pics are a combo of the past owner's furniture from the realtor pics and some current pics with my stuff. I will update as I continue to furnish. (currently furnishing in case I need to rent it out for SXSW if nobody will take over the lease.) I would possibly be open to subleasing but would still want to check your credit/background and get more of a security deposit. Price would be higher. Just ask. HOA fees paid by owner, not tenant. Lease Takeover. Must apply with the property manager. Can renew at end of term. May also work out an agreement with me to do a sublease, rent and deposit will go up and there would be no pets allowed.
