All utilities included with free Wi-Fi -Tenant agrees to rent a single room in this dwelling on a 1 year lease for the amount of $850 paid on the 1st day of the calendar month. There will be a 5 day grace period, which on the 6th day a 5% late fee will be added to the balance and must be paid before or on the 14th day of the month or they must vacate the property immediately. -Security and cleaning deposit is $500.
