NO Smoking If pets are brought on property, tenant will be charged a minimum of $1,200. for professional cleaning of home/furniture etc., in addition to any cost of damage of any kind caused by pets. Do not bring pets, no exceptions! If smoke is detected in the home, tenant will be charged a minimum fee of $1,200. for professional cleaning. We provide a small start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. Please do not enter locked areas, this includes closet doors and outdoor gates, these are locked intentionally for storage, maintenance etc. This is a peaceful neighborhood, please be respectful and do not disturb neighbors. Absolutely NO parties are allowed, this property is for residential use only. Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment. Events and/or large gatherings at the property are NOT allowed at any time. The number of people present at the property may not exceed the number of guests indicated on the booking reservation.... any violation of the stated property rules will result in eviction/early termination of reservation/lease, without any refund and the loss of your full deposit.
