This adorable home has great potential. It is a fixer upper and needs quite a bit of work. We bought the house and spent $3,000 to fix the foundation. We started to remodel the kitchen, so it's partially gutted. It has a nice cast iron Ashley wood heater and a nice claw foot bathtub. It has a nice newer storm shelter in the back and an old shed. It has a screened in back porch. This home has character and will make a great home for someone.
