Living room futon can be turned into a twin bed. The futon mattress is nice and thick and is very comfortable. Building is located 5 min walking distance from the beach and is very close to all of Waikiki entertainment and necessities. Assigned garage parking is included in the rent price. Will consider shorter stays for additional $, please inquire. Absolutely no smoking/vaping in the unit or building. There is a smoking area on the first floor of the building.
