There is a hot tub and the renter can decide if they want to use it and maintain it during their stay. The property is on a stream that runs out to the sound. It is a bird sanctuary with incredible bird watching, bald eagles, herons and many other winter birds. Hi speed Wifi is connected and is super fast for those working from home. If you apply please note who would be living in the home and if you have a pet we could consider case by case. The lease will be Oct - May. We use the beach house during the summer.
