Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Suitable for children and infants. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
