Amenities include a smart TV, internet/Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a balcony, and outdoor furniture. Parking passes can be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival for $50 per pass, with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Payment is by card only. Enjoy access to the shared outdoor and indoor pools, on-site tennis courts, a well-equipped gym, and a shared hot tub. Minutes away from top restaurants, great beach shopping, deep-sea fishing, watersports, and kid-friendly attractions like arcades, miniature golf, and amusement parks. It's also a short drive to Pensacola for museums like the Pensacola Naval Museum and other sightseeing adventures. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years).
