Welcome to the Historic Lion's Gate Community. You can easily see how this community obtained the name with the classic Denver Lion statues and emblem on its surrounding gates! Lion's Gate is made up of two buildings. One building is a Victorian mansion converted into apartments and the other two connected townhomes converted into apartments. Each apartment home in Lion's gate is rustic and unique! This community is full of life and character. In addition to private outdoor living space there is a community rooftop deck and front porches to share. We are located in the historic 5-points community and surrounded by creative eateries, coffee shops, lounges etc. Everything you need within walking distance. It is truly an opportunity to live here! This unique home will not feel like an apartment at all but more like a townhome. Your front door is on the back of the building off the private deck with a table and chairs just waiting for you. You will enter into a large kitchen space with washer and dryer hookups. One hallway off the kitchen will lead you to a full size bathroom then on to the larger bedroom. The other hallway will lead you into a beautiful dining room or could me an office as the kitchen has plenty of room for table and chairs, when you are not dining al fresco on the deck. Off this room are the gorgeous double doors to the smaller bedroom. Passing through this room will lead you to a beautiful family room. Security Deposits and Application Fees The application fee is a non-refundable $30 regardless of acceptance. We ask for a $500 security deposit with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may offer a higher security deposit. Utilities Utilities will be billed back each month to each apartment based on the size of the apartment and added to your online account. Pet Policy We happily welcome your pets! Please consider a $150 non-refundable pet fee upfront, $150 additional security deposit and $25/month pet rent. Lease Terms We offer a variety of lease terms: 9-12 months 6-8 months (short term lease fee will apply at an additional $50/month)
