For Rent 2 Bedroom - 1 Bath - June 15 - $2,100/month plus Utilities I have a really nice 3 flat (brownstone like) in Lincoln Park - 2400 north, 500 west My wife and I live on the top two floors and the first floor is a terrific rental high 11 foot ceilings - central air & heat dish washer -washer/dryer in unit newer kitchen appliances {within 5years} a combination of hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen carpeting in the bedrooms and a great sheltered back porch and yard. The street is narrow and tranquil. Some people say it has a European ambiance. Public transportation is wonderful one long block to buses and 5 blocks to the L and plenty of taxies & Ubers. The neighborhood is just terrific! Walk or bike to the park. Walk to the Zoo. Walk downtown walk to volleyball walk to the movies, restaurants Target, Home Depot, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. You may not need a car but if you do one draw back is that street parking is tough you may have to rent space near by. We are looking for one or two quiet people sorry no pets - no smokers. email John Zimmer b051839@gmail.com Oh By the way - the apartment will be available a few days before July 1 at no additional rent. This may help with move in logistics. A couple of more things. . . When looking at the pictures you will notice that the master bedroom and the bathroom are not featured the pictures just did not turn out. These rooms are perfectly fine (well the bath room is smallish and no windows and the bedroom is really a nice size holds a king bed easily. IMPORTANT BOTH bedrooms are of a good size - but only one holds a king size. A friend pointed out to me that vintage older buildings are notorious for having one decent size bedroom & one postage size bedroom that is definitely not the case here. Another thing - one of my tenants pointed out to me that the pictures do not do the place justice. He said in other places the pictures looked great then he checked the places out and was totality depressed here it was the opposite bad pictures -great place! Regarding TV and internet connections. They could be free depending on your needs. This is why: The building gets over the air hd tv of around 50 channels and these are available free to you but if you are a real sports person and want all the ESPN channels - you would have to pay for cable. I have a high speed internet connection you can tap into wirelessly. It's ok for normal personal use but if you are a heavy gamer or need it for teleconferencing etc - it probably won't do. Minimum one year
