It is a spacious apartment with a balcony, working fireplace (not too useful in So Cal but still cool), dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, electric stove, big walk-in closet, brand new carpet (installed when we moved in two months ago), one covered carport and this apartment is in the only building to have central A/C with a nest thermostat. The apartment complex itself has a ton of amenities also, 2 pools, hot tub, multiple gas grills, bike storage, a cardio room, separate gym with weight machines, and business center with free printing. This apartment is a great find at this rent price. We are looking to move around mid-December and are searching for our new apartment too, so move in date is flexible. The apartment is not listed on the property website since it is a lease take over, but I have attached the layout and photos that most resemble our apartment.
