The outside area has two large covered porches, which create a great indoor/ outdoor feel. The front yard is open to the driveway, parking and larger property. The backyard is private and enclosed. The 2 person soaking tub on the back porch has hot water piped in and is AMAZING! Design wise, the backyard is zero scaped to be drought friendly and has young citrus trees and decidous trees bordering it with permiculture planting beds for veggies, herbs/ medicinals.
