This apartment gets great natural light and has double doors that open to a small outdoor space. The open layout, tall ceilings, and nicely proportioned rooms make this modest apartment feel very spacious. The space has been newly renovated and includes an energy efficient mini split air conditioning system, ceiling fans, new cabinets and appliances, and an in unit washer and dryer. The apartment is in the back of the house, so you'll enter through the side yard. We live on the other side of the shotgun and are looking for a good neighbor to be our tenant. Note that the kitchen appliances are a two burner induction cooktop and Breville countertop oven. This setup is great for cooking for a couple of people, but is not ideal if hosting dinner parties or cooking large meals is important to you. Move in date is flexible. Renter will be responsible for paying electricity bill. Owner pays for water, trash, and internet. Lease is flexible. Ideally we are looking for a long term tenant - but the lease is month to month to allow for flexibility. We do ask for 2 months notice for either side to end the lease. We will be sharing a wall, so someone who likes to listen to very loud music or host late parties would not be a good fit. We are looking for a non-smoker.
