Parking for two cars is included in the total amount, ensuring convenience during your stay. Located near popular attractions, you can explore Adventure Island just a minute's walk away, or take a leisurely stroll to the Orange Beach Welcome Center and Romar Beach. The Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum is 2.5 miles away, while Gulf Shores Beach and Perdido Key Beach are within a short drive. The Wharf, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Gulf State Park are also nearby, providing endless entertainment options. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. The pool heaters are operational from November 1 to March 31 each winter. Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. Parties or events are prohibited, with violators charged a $500 fine. Radios, stereos, and other musical equipment are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. Noise levels must be moderated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing other guests. Disorderly guests will be evicted from the property. Running is not permitted throughout the property, including hallways, parking lots, pool decks, and lobby. Children are not permitted to play on the elevators, and parents will be held liable for any damage caused by their children. No items are to be left in main walkways, including wagons, floats, rafts, beach chairs, beach toys, and bicycles, due to fire code regulations. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1 to May 1. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
