We are also pet friendly and welcome small to medium sized dogs and cats. We allow one pet per unit. We are a gated community that features a relaxing country style backyard setting that follows along an oak tree lined slough inhabited by ducks, turtles, and koi fish. Each condo has a full/partial view of this inviting plus to our property. Amidst this backyard setting is our pool and spa. Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays for gas, electric and Cable internet.
