My house has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is a large home, and my wife and I live at the back side of the house, completely separated from the rental area. At the moment, I have 4 bedrooms rented and 2 rooms available: One large bedroom for $1,100 One smaller bedroom for $1,000 The larger bedroom includes a mini refrigerator and a desk. These two available rooms are located upstairs, where there is: A small basic kitchen for light meals/snacks A large full bathroom An extra closet Downstairs, there are 2 rented bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, and a kitchen located inside the garage, intended for limited use. I generally look for people who do not cook frequently, as my personal kitchen is not accessible. The house is located in a very strategic and safe area, close to the best shopping centers and next to Brentwood, in a neighborhood with large, relatively new homes and plenty of street parking. The house also has: A laundry room downstairs with new machines A solar energy system, which allows us to run the air conditioning almost all day during the summer The rent includes all utilities, such as: Electricity Internet Water Trash And other basic services House Rules: No guests, except in absolute emergency situations (to avoid overcrowding) The house is very quiet No loud TV or music at any time Alcohol only inside your own room and in moderation As mentioned, my wife and I live on the opposite side of the house. Access for roommates is only to the front and upper part of the house. Since the house has about 3,500 square feet, approximately 1,400 square feet are shared among the roommates. About us: My wife and I work for the California Courts and Judges, so we are very busy.
