House is located in a quiet rural area. 1500 square feet with huge open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub. Garbage, water, and lawn care (which is a huge bonus) are included in rent. Electric runs around $80. Stove, dryer, and heat run on propane that averages out to about $100 a month. There are a washer and dryer in the home but when they stop working renter will have to provide their own. There is a wood-burning stove that can offset some heating costs. Only two small closets. There is a shed out back that can be used for some storage. Lease term is negotiable, a credit score of 630 or higher, required background check. No pets at this time. The owner pays for trash, water, sewer, and does all lawn care. Tenant responsible for electricity (runs about $80/month) and propane (averages out to be about $100/month, not much in the summer but more expensive in the winter, we do have a wood-burning stove that can cut the cost). The renter would also pay for internet/cable if needed. The lease is negotiable. AT&T is the only cell service that works in the area. A credit score of 630 is required. Non-smoking rental. No pets.
