Minimum scores 600 and SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY. Prior to signing a lease and move in - First and Last month's rent and security must be paid in full. (Totaling 3 months). Must have 3 months proof of income for a minimum of $2,500 per month after taxes if 2 people will be on the lease, they may combine incomes and social security and/or pensions do count as monthly income.
