Built in 1926 (and tastefully remodeled in 2012), our family offers you an upscale and comfortable living experience. Enjoy the casa's historical aspects, off-street parking and fine, walk-to eateries in our safe and charming neighborhood. Stroll along the beach and savor the salty sea air. Just move in with your personal items (furnishings, bedding, towels, and dishes etc are provided if desired) and enjoy your fabulous and unique residence in this upscale Pacific ocean community. We also have many beach toys for you, surf/body boards, beach chairs, a BBQ, old-fashioned floor heaters (the best!), air-conditioners, and a new laundry. Relax in the private patio or spend the evening in the cozy living room with tall coved ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The home also provides an office/den for those working from home. (Or enjoy a peaceful breakfast there.) So come enjoy beautiful Windansea community, play in the sand and waves, and then let the surf lull you to sleep. You will be close to the charming village of La Jolla, the La Jolla Cove, Prospect Street, UCSD, and the Scripps Institute. The utilities, Internet, telephone, electricity, gas, gardening and water, are covered by a flat fee of $275 (below our cost) so you will have no concerns regarding these invoices.
