ARC RULE #35. NEW CONSTRUCTION Any new structure which replaces a prior Unit constructed by the Developer shall be of the same size, exterior materials, and shall have exterior color combinations from among those which the Developer originally offered to the extent possible. Any repainting or replacement or siding or trim must be accomplished using color(s) from among those which the Developer originally offered, to the extent possible. Color charts are available from Management.
