Fully furnished house that used to be an AirBNB. Very close to IUPUI and downtown. Good for a group of students or anyone that wants a 5-10 minute commute to downtown. Very nice neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. You have 2 rental options: 1) 12 month lease (month to month after) at $1500 per month First plus last months rent plus $500 security deposit (higher due to being furnished but the deposit is refundable). Pets require additional security deposit depending on type/size of pet and additional monthly rent. 3) 3 years lease option at $1500 per month No security deposit required for this no last month required for this but a non refundable option payment (which is not optional) of $8000 is required in addition to first month's rent. This gives tenant exclusive rights to purchase house in that 3 year frame and these rights are transferable. Sale price is $250,000. This area is hot and I expect prices to move up a lot in the next 3 years. I provide $8000 towards closing costs on the sale. All pets allowed with no additional security deposit for the lease option. Sorry, will not sell this house at this time as I expect the market price to go up a lot unless you want to buy the house for $250k. I will do seller financing on a 10,15,20, or 30 year fixed term at 8% interest but require 10% down. No I will not sell to wholesellers the house is retail ready so no need to sell at half of current market. Will not consider doing short term rentals again, sorry. Fell free to ask me any questions.
