Includes linens, towels, kitchen supplies, tools, pans, etc. Stunning, clean, safe and walk to town, bars, restaurants. Waterfronts II is the ONLY property in Port Clinton with its own private beach, pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub is typically open no later that Memorial day weekend, but tends to extend to the 3rd week of September, weather permitting. Max two people. No smoking. No pets. This is rented year round as allergen-free, so if you have a pet, I am sorry, we cannot rent to you. I am not being rude or condescending when I deny your application for this reason, I just need to make sure I make sure my guests with pet allergy issues are safe. Long Term Rental (Annual Lease) includes all utilities except electricity. First and last months rent plus one months security deposit is required prior to moving in.
