This cozy little apartment is located in the heart of Phoenixville. Just a short walk from restaurants and shops on bridge street, as well Reeves Park, a pet friendly park located 2 blocks away. Phoenixville is a wonderful, with tons of family friendly activities as well as a solid entertainment scene, great dining, and LOTS of breweries. The apartment is on the first floor of an old beautiful brick home in the historic area of town. It consists of one bedroom, a large living room, one bathroom with a newly refurbished bath and new toilet. (Apparently it can flush ten golf balls.) Not saying you should try that, but you shouldn't have any problems there. :) The kitchen was just recently remodeled and fitted with new cabinets and a butcher block counter top. As far as common space goes... We just hardscaped the back yard, built a deck with an outdoor sectional. We also have a firepit, plenty of folding chairs, tables, etc. It's a great spot for hosting parties and for spending a quiet evening by the fire. The front porch has a rocking chair and I find it to be a great place to think. That will be remodeled this upcoming summer, but it is cozy as is. The basement is unfinished, but it stays dry and is great for storage. Laundry is located in the basement as well as a fitness area. I live in the upstairs unit, and I am always happy to help out with anything around the house. So far we haven't had any problems, but I will act on them quickly if anything arises. I understand the importance of being a good and honest landlord. I'm excited to meet my new neighbors! Tenant will be responsible for a portion of the Utility bill for the property based on square footage. We are set up on flat rate budgeted billing, but those rates are subject to change with increased usage.
