2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in safe community. The condo has one queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. One bathroom has a bath and shower and the other has a walk in shower. The condo is on the 3rd floor of the building (which has an elevator) and the back of the condo faces onto the 17th hole of the Deer Creek Country Club golf course. The front of the building looks out over the swimming pool. The condo is light and airy and has recently had new laminate flooring and a brand new comfortable sectional sofa added. The kitchen has some new stainless steel appliances including a new dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is a balcony overlooking the golf course. The Deer Creek community has access to tennis courts, a pool, sauna and a club house. The condo is in a private condominium community. The community is very friendly and many residents are there all year around. This property can only be rented for the full four month period and can not be booked for short stays, as per the condo association rules. It is available for November, December, January and February and until March 16th. Please note that the owner uses this condo from March 17th for two weeks every year. If preferred, it is possible (and has been done before) that the tenant rents through till April or May, but moves out for the two weeks that the owner comes down to Florida. Some tenants have returned home or just stayed elsewhere for those two weeks. There is a shared Laundry room on the floor which has a large washing machine which requires a pre-paid card. These can be obtained and topped up at the condo office in the club house. There is one designated parking space for the condo which requires a permit from the condo office, and then there are several visitor spaces in the lot by the condo building. The condo association requires a minimum of four months rental and only one rental per year. They also require all tenants to go through a background check.
