Our neighborhood is Irving/Las Colinas' Best Kept Secret! It is a quaint, quiet escape within the city. It is safe, gated and everyone looks out for each other. It is beautiful year round with manicured, immaculate yards and the lovely canal where you just feel like you are a part of nature as you walk, see the ducks, etc. Homeowners dues are the lowest in the area and include cable, complete lawn care services, and exterior maintenance - roof, fences, buildings, pool, etc. The homes maintain great value with plush amenities. Home prices are unbelievable for the area. 98% home ownership. Neighbors are friendly and responsible, and we are convenient to every major highway and airport. Love the neighborhood. Wish I could take it with me to California!
