The house can come furnished or unfurnished. The primary bedroom is the the largest room in the house upstairs with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Brand new hybrid, king size mattress. the headboard/footboard combo has two drawers. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress and a full size closet. The third bedroom is used as an office. 12 month lease term preferred, 6 month minimum. Tenants are responsible for basic cleaning - vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, etc. The backyard is mulch and has no maintenance. The front yard is maintained by the HOA. Parking is available in the garage and fits 1.5 cars. The driveway fits two regular sized SUVs. There is no street parking allowed on Mountain Ter.
