You'll be super close to the beautiful San Elijo Lagoon, the famous Cardiff Reef for surfing, and the convenient Seaside Market Center for groceries and dining. The lovely Glenn Park is also just a short walk away. Getting Around With easy access to the I-5 freeway, exploring the greater San Diego area is a breeze. Important Information Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use once a week. As they are located in the main house, please arrange a time with us for access. House Rules This studio is ideally suited for one adult. No pets are allowed, with no exceptions. We appreciate you not asking. This is usually rented month to month. We will consider a 6 month lease. Water and Wifi included in rent. Gas and electricity are $150/ month. Tenant has off street parking in the alley right next to the ADU entrance. Tenants are not allowed to access the ADU via the main house yard. They must park in alley. The yard is not shared with Tenant. Tenant has a balcony off the ADU. There is a small amount of outdoor storage for a bike or surfboar.
