Relax in the sun-lit living room with a gas-powered fireplace. The beautiful outdoor space includes a fenced-in backyard with a brand-new deck overlooking the in-ground pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional $150 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets. An extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night applies after the 6th guest. Early check-in is available for $50 if the unit is available. Trash removal service is available for an extra charge of $75. Conveniently located right off of HWY 20 and 5 minutes from I-20, this home is surrounded by a ton of shops and restaurants. The pool is open from April to October and has depths ranging from 4ft to 9ft, with an intermediate depth of 6ft. The pool is closed during winter months (October to April). Communication hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years old. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home; a minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation in case of violation. Glass containers are strictly prohibited within the pool area, and violation will result in a fine of $250. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements for damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture. Flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet is prohibited, and guests may be charged for repairs if plumbing issues arise from flushing prohibited items. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged, and $50 per additional pet. If pets are allowed on furniture or bedding, a payment request for replacement/professional cleaning will be issued. Visitors are charged a one-time fee of $19 per guest, and the number of guests cannot exceed 16. A fine of $250 will be applied for violating the no-glass containers near the pool rule.
