Bath is furnished with towels and linens for the beds. Sleeps 4 to 5 people. Unit has 2 RV hookups- a 50 and 30, more could be added. Outside patio area comes with picnic table, outdoor shower, fish clean area, and fire pit all just a short distance to the beach. All measurements are more or less.
