Within a mile you can access downtown Cardiff by the Sea restaurants, Seaside Market grocer, public library, San Elijo & Cardiff State Beaches, the coastal rail trail, & San Elijo Lagoon (nature center & trail). The house is 2 blocks back from the bluffs overlooking Cardiff State Beach and offers ocean peeks & lagoon views from the upstairs living room. The house is set up with a reverse layout floor plan in which the living, dining, kitchen, & kids play room/media room are all upstairs. The living room and kitchen open up to the expansive outdoor deck complete with lounge furniture, outdoor dining table, and grill. There is also a full bath. Downstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms with en suite baths. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, large closet, two dressers, and a newly remodeled bathroom with double shower heads. There are two additional bedrooms with private baths as well. One bedroom offers a queen sized bed, desk, and twin sized day bed (which can be used as a couch or sleeping space) while the other offers a twin over twin bunk. To round out the ground floor you'll also find a small mudroom, home office, and garage gym (includes a peloton bike, free weights, & resistance bands). Laundry can also be found in the garage. This is our full time home and is not a staged listing. As such, there is the potential for furnishings to change from what is captured in photos. No materials changes will be made to property. Property will be available for the summer months only. There is a separate ADU, accessed from the rear of the property, which will be separately rented. Unit is available for short term rentals only. Minimum one month rental required. Open to discussing leases up to six months maximum. No pets. No smoking. Renter is required to carry and show proof of renters insurance. One car parking available at base of unit in designated spot.
