All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. No vehicles are to be parked on the street at any time. All windows & doors should remain closed when operating the A/C. Operating the A/C with the windows or doors open will automatically turn the A/C off. No flame burning grills of any kind can be used within 10 feet of the home's overhang or eave.
