There is an adjoining dining room with window seat, and the kitchen has a frost-free refrigerator with icemaker, self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. You will find your bedroom is very spacious and has a large walk-in closet. Your washer and dryer connections are in your laundry room. Relax on your balcony which includes additional outside storage closet. $40 non-refundable application fee per applicant and a $10 non-refundable fee for any occupants 18 or older. We waive the security deposit for active duty military. We pay for trash removal, you'll be responsible for water, sewer, gas and electric. Renter's insurance is required.
