Our condo inside is a great furnished and spacious 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and a lovely lanai. Water/sewer, and basic cable are included. This unit allows small dogs/cats provided the animal passes an application. The listed price is for a long term rental (6 months or more). Short term rentals are available for a slightly higher price. We have a special for active duty military.
