The Niihau is an older building that is secure. Located in the heart of Waikiki, it's close to the shops, bustops, and it's right across the street from world famous Waikiki Beach. Our condo inside is a great furnished and spacious 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and a lovely lanai. Water/sewer, and basic cable are included. Electricity is included up to $100 a month. This unit allows small dogs/cats provided the animal passes an application process. The listed price is for a long term rental (6 months or more). 3 month rentals are available for a slightly higher monthly price. Short term rentals are subject to a higher transient tax. We have a special for active duty military. If you book a stay of 6 months we will give you $100 off of the first month's rent.
