It sits right in the heart of Murray within walking distance of a huge park, rec center, ice skating center, shopping centers, restaurants, hospital, schools, and much more. Hardwood floor tiles, sits in the bottom corner of the building and stays nice and cool even during summer. Large rooms with storage space. Comes with washer and dryer (left behind by me) that work wonderfully. I've also professionally installed an AC window unit in one of the bedrooms. Easy to move furniture into and out of because of its location in the building. This place is just so awesome. 1 covered parking space $20/month. Tenant sets up account to pay electric bill.
