Apt was renovated new windows, new boilers, & hot water heaters installed. Landlord does not live on site. Other tenants are families with kids & have been living there many years. Tenant is responsible for taking out there own trash & recycling on the correct days and time. Water is covered by landlord, hear & electric covered by tenant. Owner pays for water, tenant is responsible for heat & electric, must take out yoir own garbage & recycle, rent is paid on the 5th of the month, the lease is for one year, late is 5% of rental amount, wear & tear items will be repaired or replaced by landlord, if tenant causes any leaks they'll be responsible for example clogging caused by hair or baby wipes
