It is very rare to be able to occupy 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms, and so this is quite the opportunity for a big group. If you don't have great credit then I will accept parent guarantees. If you are just 6 and want 3 of the units or if you are 8 and want 3 units we can discuss the extra charges for additional people. The rent is based on 1 person per bedroom occupancy. If you have 12 people we can possibly accommodate you but there will be extra charges that aren't unreasonable.
