    We offer our home, a very nice 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home on a sunny 8,900 sq. ft. lot in the "Aptos Beach Pines" neighborhood of Rio Del Mar. The house and neighborhood are light, sunny, quiet, well maintained and updated. This is one of the few areas in the county with all underground utilities, thus no power lines or phone poles! The location is linked to the Rio Del Mar Elementary School, Aptos Jr. High and Aptos High School. At night, you can listen to the sound of crashing surf channeled up the Aptos Creek canyon. Deer Park Shopping Center with grocery, pharmacy, salons and restaurants is one long block away. The home was fully renovated in August 2024, including all new LG appliances, plank flooring throughout, fresh paint, crown and base mouldings and recirculating hot water. The one-story home has an open-plan kitchen-dining area beneath a large skylight. This is open to a large Family Room with a stone hearth and gas-ignition wood-burning fireplace. The formal Living Room is directly off the front entry hall; when our kids were young we used it as a media/recreation room/study hall. The Family Room opens out to a redwood entertaining deck which has two steps down to the large irrigated lawn area and planter. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, but this bathroom is partitioned with a door between the lavatory room and the toilet/tub/shower room--this supports two concurrent users. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet and open-plan lavatory, with a separate toilet/shower room. The flooring throughout the home is waterproof "Luxury Vinyl Plank" in warm-taupe wood grain. (More and better photos will be added as the renovation progresses.) Landscape renovation was also completed, including smart irrigation control, new drip and sprinkler plumbing, new rear lawn, new front plantings and a raised planting bed with drip irrigation. The property is offered for a minimum lease term of 12 months. We provide the kitchen appliances, furnace, water heater, recirculating hot water, water softener and irrigation controls. The existing washer and dryer work well and will remain if desired, but are not included in the lease. Monthly rent also includes tree and grounds maintenance services. A complete rental application, credit check, background check and prior landlord references will be needed for consideration. We have allowed pets in the past -- lesson learned--No pets allowed. 1.
