This hard to find one bedroom with all utilities paid is located near downtown Delaware, Ohio, Ohio Wesleyan University, and the Industrial Parkway. This apartment has a living room, small kitchen, bedroom with back door to a patio, and bathroom with a shower. This unit does not have air or washer/dryer hookup. There is a laundry mat located within a short walking distance. This apartment is perfect for a single individual or someone that only wants to pay one bill for their rent and utilities! The security is the same as rent. The apartments are shown by appointment only. There is a $25 application fee per adult 18 or older or $35 for a married couple. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. Qualifications: To qualify for our apartments you cannot have any felonies, evictions, or anything that is really negative that would show up on a background check. We also do not accept applicants that are moving because they have been given a three day notice or have been asked to move. You need to have decent credit, sufficient income and good rental history. The exception for the rental history would be if you are a younger (18 to approximately 25 year old) first time renter.
