Renter will have a designated parking spot. Other guests can park in the driveway behind renters car, with advance notice. Landlord side of driveway must be clear at all times. No loud music, parties. Renter must give landlord notice for any gatherings- as to not conflict with own guests. Renter must provide landlord 30 days notice prior to leaving as to allow for a walk through of space. If any damage to the space occurs it is renters responsibility to repair or be deducted from security deposit. If damage is more than the refundable security deposit, renters must pay to cover any excess cost to damage occurred.
