Vehicle repairs in these areas must be completed within 24 hours. Fireplace Insert / Wood Stove: Wood stoves are prohibited unless provided by Landlord. No fireplace insert may be installed. Water Beds, Pianos & Heavy Objects: No water beds, aquariums, pianos, organs, libraries, or other heavy objects are allowed without Landlord's written consent. Landlord may require proof of water-bed insurance. Screens: Landlord is not obligated to provide or maintain window or door screens. If any exist, Landlord has no obligation to replace them.
