The room is a 214sqft room with a private bath that is available for $1400/mo. Minimum lease length is 6 months. Price of the room include utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, wifi). Across the street is also the community club house which has a pool and tennis courts. The backyard is a nice open space made of tile, great for barbecuing or just hanging out when the weather is nice. The bedroom comes furnished. The living room, dining room, and family room are all shared spaces. The kitchen is spacious with a lot of pantry storage space for food, utensils, pots/pans, etc. There is also a laundry room inside the house with washer and dryer. I am a 31/M, easy going, and will be living in the house with my girlfriend 31/F and two dogs. We both work full time 8AM-5PM M-F and like to relax on the weekend. We cook almost everyday and generally use the kitchen shortly after getting home from work around 5:30-6PM. There are two other tenant currently living here, both males in their mid twenties who work full time M-F as well. Security deposit is 1 month's rent. Both the security deposit and first month's rent are due when you move in. The room is great for both professionals and students I just ask that you be respectful and responsible. Because the house is large I would appreciate housemates who will do their part in helping to keep the house clean. I do have a cleaner who comes monthly and cleans all of the common areas. Drinking is fine and having friends over is fine, but no parties. I must get prior notice for any guests that stay overnight.
