Very beautiful and peaceful place in the heart of Colorado Springs. It falls in a centralized area which has the Airport, Fort Carson, Powers Road and South Academy near it. It's furnished and ready to move in. Guests/ Tenants are allowed to stay in on a month to month bases, short term or long term. No pets are allowed. To move-in, renters are expected to pay their first, last month of rent and security deposit. Tenants pays all utilities. Terms renting varies depending on your schedule. Thank you
