Located just off of Foothill Drive on 2100S, we have a room available in our townhouse/duplex on the top floor; private bedroom with a big east facing window and a shared bathroom. 5-10 minute drive to University of Utah, walking distance from grocery store and several restaurants. Landlord is awesome, very friendly and easy to work with. I have lived here 3 years and have had no problems whatsoever. Kitchen and living room come fully furnished, the person who will be leaving the bedroom may leave some furniture if you are interested! If not, he can remove it. Additionally, we have a great backyard/patio area perfect for hosting, grilling, fires, etc. Off street parking is available, and the neighborhood is never busy so street parking is always very easy to find. Additional storage space is available in the basement as well. About us: we are both students at the University of Utah, aged 21 and 18. We are both from Utah and love hiking, skiing, camping, and anything to do with the outdoors. We also both love music, reading, cooking, and going out. We're both very clean and fairly quiet and are looking for someone similar. Latest move in date is June 1st, but the person moving out is able to leave even sooner, and the room could be available as early as the first week of May if you are interested. No smoking inside, no smoking preferred on entire property. No pets. Quiet is preferred. 1 year lease.
