This little pocket is comprised of 3 cul de sacs, so there is one way in, one way out. It's very quiet and peaceful until about 2:15 pm when the middle schoolers are dismissed. There is a gate at the back of the elementary and middle schools that lets out into the cul de sac on Philo. This being the corner house I have had some vandalism from the students such as broken windows and damage to the flower boxes. Other than that the close access to the schools is wonderful. Many of the homes are very well kept. The home directly to the east is beautiful. The neighbors all pretty much keep to themselves. I have had all of my lawn equipment and my dog stolen. This I also attibute to being the corner house.
