My home is in the middle of 170 gorgeous acres along the Etowah River. I am recently divorced so have plenty of room in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with porches front and back. Pets are welcome as I have 2 dogs and a barn cat and still a dozen or so horses. Board for one horse could be worked out VERY reasonably. My daughter commuted to N. GA. and could make the drive in 15 to 20 minutes.
