In 2023 solar panels have reduced electric bill from over $100 and $300 to $20 per month or into the negative. This incredibly money-saving addition adds many thousands to the price of this great home. I added a beautiful $12,700 outdoor kitchen in 2014, and you don't mention my beautiful 18' x 28' swimming pool added in 2013! I just added hardwood floors in all three bedrooms. Why do you people constantly underrate and underprice my home when you know NOTHING about it??? Take me out of your system. I will NOT allow your terrible company try to ruin my residence by lying about it. I won't. Keep throwing insulting low figures out about my home and my attorney wants to get involved.
