Meet your new Carrick getaway! Within this centrally-located community, this unique 3BR/1BA has everything you need whether you are looking for a place to stay for a month or multiple months! Close & convenient to: - Monongahela Incline (lower station (11 min / 3.3 miles) - PGP Paints Arena (15 mins / 5.4 miles) - Downtown (15 mins / 4 miles) - PNC Park (15 mins / 7 miles) - Acrisure Stadium (16 mins / 6.8 miles) 1,862 sq ft home: accommodates up to 6 guests **Kitchen** The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven/air fryer, French press coffee maker, kettle, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal. The refrigerator is also fully equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth. There is a kitchen table, and three people can be seated at this table. Please note: the full sized oven does not work. Guests will need to use the air fryer/ toaster oven instead. Also, the garbage disposal is not operating. The sink can be used for its normal function without the garbage disposal. **Dining Area** The dining area is very spacious and has a large table that can seat up to 6 guests. There is also a high chair available for use. **Living Room** Savor unwinding on the cozy couches as you watch your preferred series on the high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services (Please note-access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.). This is the ideal location for guests to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family. **Bedrooms 1** Bedroom 1 has a deluxe queen-sized bed with premium bedding. There is a cozy Nook that includes a comfy chair and footrest located by the spacious window. Additionally, a closet is provided so that visitors can store their clothes there. **Bedroom 2** Bedroom 2 features a trundle bed with comfortable linens and pillows. Two closets are provided for storing clothes. ** Bedroom 3** Bedroom 3 is very spacious and features a queen-sized bed. There is also a workout bike guests are welcome to use. *Please note: This room is technically the attic and central air and heating are not hooked up. However, there is a window air unit, along with a space heater that can be used. **Bathroom** The large, fully equipped bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Use the hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium towels that are provided, along with the personal care products. **Laundry** A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost. *Please note: the basement is unfinished, which is where the washer and dryer are located. **Outdoor Space** Guests have access to a fenced in backyard area. This area has a fire pit guests can enjoy in the evenings. The backyard is also a space for dogs to relieve themselves if needed. There is also a covered porch in the front with a relaxing porch swing. GUEST ACCESS - Guests have full privacy and use of the entire space with a few exceptions. There is a closet in the attic room that is locked. There is also a half bathroom in the basement (not currently working) that is unavailable for guests to use. - 24 hour access with personal key code. You may access the home from the front door. - In regards to parking, there is free street parking in the front . There are not any assigned spots,but typically several spaces are open. The home includes 4 real beds, but can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is also a pack-and-play available for use. If one guest is a baby/young child using the pack-and-play, we would be willing to accommodate 7 guests. Please note that this home is an older house and has some unique characteristics. This includes the basement door being finicky and older style knobs in the shower (but fully functioning). There are also some small paint stains/splatters throughout the house on the wooden floors (the majority of the rooms are covered with area rugs/runners though). There are some stains on the carpets as well. There are also a few places where the drywall is cracked. The bathtub/shower knobs are also an older style/function, but still work! These imperfections did not show up in the photos.
